Spiritual demonstration shouldn't be tied to culture. In the same way that art shouldn't be tied to culture. Culture is past, is the lifestyle created around already existing things. Nobody owns the power to judge other's lifestyle, culture, art or spiritual belief. Spiritual disciplines could be physical sometimes, without involving extra-corporal expansion. Spiritual expansion could be engaged by even the least movement... just as a butterfly effect (as cheesy as it sounds).
